When you order products from McCall's, you can be assured that they will be shipped with the utmost care. Please read below for more information on our shipping rates and policies. We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous states. (If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, or wish to place an International order, please call us. Please note: Shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States may be subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.)

Order Processing Time

PLEASE NOTE: Our offices and call center will be closed from May 2nd through May 6th, 2013 for technology maintenance. We will resume regular business hours on Tuesday May 7th. Orders we receive on our website during the time we are closed will be processed the week of May 7th.

During our busy season (August through mid-December), please allow 4-7 business days to process you order.  Additionally, see UPS Transit Map below for transit times.

We provide the following options: UPS Ground, 3-Day and Next Day air.

 **20% discount applies only to regularly priced merchandise.

• UPS Ground is our standard method of shipping. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• Customer will be liable for shipping, handling and any other applicable charges on all returned/refused orders.
• Sale/Clearance items: Shipping charges will not be discounted. Normal shipping rates will be applied.
• We pack every item as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged. If that happens, please retain all original packing material. All damages, shortages, or problems with your order must be reported to us within 24 hours. Please call us prior to sending us any merchandise, as we will provide you with the proper instructions and address.
• We recommend you call us to find out our shipping time. During our busy season (September through December), please allow 3-5 business days to process you order.  Additionally, see UPS Transit Map below for transit times.
• Please note that during the summer, most orders will be UPS shipped from our warehouse at the beginning of the week as to avoid melting/damage in UPS trucks/warehouses over the weekend. There also may be situations in which it is too hot to ship, and we may hold your order. If you have concerns, please call us.
